About Hii Materials
Pressure-sensitive label stock and thermoforming materials, with construction review, trial planning, technical documentation and export coordination.
Packaging buyers often manage separate reviews for label stock and formed packaging. That creates duplicate samples, disconnected documents and more shipment coordination.
Our role is to bring those decisions into one practical conversation. Selection starts with the application, converting process, destination market and required files, then moves through samples and delivery planning.

One workflow keeps commercial and technical decisions connected.
Thermal and two-colour thermal paper, synthetic materials, coated PET, tickets and tags, plus PET, Rigid PVC, PP, PS and PETG forming materials.
Construction, gauge, width, finish, forming method and end use are checked before quotation.
Samples support printing, labeling, forming and packaging trials on the customer's process.
Packing, pallets, shipment records and delivery timing are confirmed before dispatch.
Roll stock, rigid sheet and formed packaging can be reviewed separately or as one application.

The work stages below connect the approved specification to the shipped material.

Surface, winding and converting requirements follow the approved construction.

Material, gauge, width and finish are reviewed during production.

Inspection scope, TDS, SDS and available declarations are organized by grade and project.

Roll protection, pallet stability and shipping records are checked before dispatch.
Quality position
ISO systems, food-contact files, FDA-related supplier declarations, REACH and RoHS records must be verified against the exact grade, source, destination and intended use.
For each quoted product, confirm the manufacturing source, production steps and parties responsible for supply.
Review coating, slitting, printing and converting requirements. Identify which steps are performed at the supplying site and which use qualified external sources.
Agree the relevant test methods and whether testing is performed in-house or by an external laboratory. Reports must identify the sample, method and conditions.
Request the site profile, equipment list and recent output for the selected process. Available production headroom, MOQ and delivery timing are confirmed for your order.
Request legal-entity information, applicable site certificates and product-scope evidence during qualification. Certificate validity and transaction scope are checked before a claim is used.
Material, dimensions, process and destination are enough to begin.
